Hillcrest Christian Middle School Athletics
“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” -Colossians 3:17
Michael Westphal, Athletic Director
The focus of the Hillcrest Christian Athletics program is to compete at a high level year in and year out with a Christ-honoring approach to all we do on and off the field of play. We teach our student-athletes that they are not only individuals but that they represent “CHT”, which means Christ first and foremost, Hillcrest Christian, and then their Team in all that they do. Christ expects us to be the hardest workers in all that we do and as Athletic Director at HCS, I expect our coaches to instill that mindset in our student-athletes while maintaining the highest level of sportsmanship and fair play. If our teams are working at their full potential, competing with sportsmanship, and keeping Christ first then win or lose, we are successful.
It is an honor for me to support our athletic families and work with such high level, high character coaches who are incredible role models for our athletes. This is a special school and it is a privilege to serve these student-athletes as they grow, mature, and strive to be the best that they can possibly be through our Christ-centered athletics program.
